Holiday Home Swap is a data base website listing of holiday home owners.
We understand in these tough times, that holidays aren't cheap. If you are a current holiday home owner, and usually spend your 1 or 2 weeks at your property per year, why not swap that time with another home owner?
Trade a week at your place in Thredbo, for a week up at the Great Barrier Reef ! Trade your holiday home in Margaret River for a place in Darwin!
Currently, any holiday home owner who joins, gets a FREE 6 month listing. However, you must first create a login, and list your holiday home, before you can start contacting other home owners.
Your listing will be double-checked, to ensure we have a proper category for it, and will be approved within 24 hours, giving you full access to contact other owners. If you feel there is not a relevant category for your home, please list it in 'other' and a special category will be created upon review. We also need to enure google maps plotted your location properly if you opted to show a google map on your page.
Do I have to trade on the exact dates? No, your swapping with other home owners is entirely up to you. You arrange what dates you are willing to offer up your holiday home to an owner, and in turn, work directly with them to try to arrange what dates you wish to visit their property.
